The Eolica Cogealac Wind Farm is a proposed wind power project in Cogealac, Constanţa County, Romania. It will consist of eleven individual wind farms connected together. It will have 224 individual wind turbines[1] with a nominal output of around 2 MW which will deliver up to 448 MW of power, enough to power over 300,000 homes, with a capital investment required of approximately US$ 600 million.
